Coaching is a forward-looking, developmental process where you lead the way. As a coach, my role is to act as a mirror, sounding board and partner, helping you bring your best thinking to the surface.

I am AoEC-accredited (Practitioner) and specialise in supporting professionals and leaders in two core areas: the helping professions (e.g., education, non-profit), where I support them tackle professional goals and manage high ethical and emotional demands; and high-stakes environments, where good judgment and responsible leadership are paramount for safety, wellbeing, and organizational success.
My approach is rooted in character-based leadership development and my primary focus is to support professionals and leaders in clarifying their purpose and taking decisive steps to drive their own purposeful change. Our partnership is grounded in the coaching conviction that you are naturally resourceful, creative, and whole, meaning the solutions you seek already reside within you.
